2. Type of drill bit  

A. Classification by structure

 (4) oil hole bit:  There are two holes in the drill body, through which the cutting agent reaches the cutting tool part to take away heat and chips. The drill bit is usually used for rotating, while the drill bit is stationary.

5. When drilling begins and ends, the feed should be reduced by 1/3.

7. Please remove the iron filings wrapped around the drill body in time to ensure smooth chip removal.

⒈ During operation, please wear good work clothes, safety glasses, safety hats, etc. Please do not wear loose clothes and gauze gloves to avoid danger.

⒉ In order to prevent the iron filings will scratch the hand, when drilling, please use iron hook to remove iron filings.

Please check whether the drill bit has scars before use. If there are scars, please do not use it.

4. If the drill bit is stuck, please turn off the motor immediately.

When replacing or disassembling drill bits, it shall ensure that the power supply of the equipment is disconnected.

6. When the drill is rotating, please don't touch it with your hands in case of danger.

1.Drill bits should be installed in special packaging boxes to avoid vibration collision.

2.When used, take out the drill from the box should be installed into the spindle spring chuck or automatic replacement of the drill tool store. Put it back in the box.

6. Often check spindle and spring collet concentricity and spring collet clamping force, concentricity is not good will cause small diameter drill break and large aperture, clamping force is not good will cause the actual speed and set speed does not conform to, between the collet and drill slip.

7. The clamping length of the bit on the spring chuck is 4 to 5 times the diameter of the drill shank.

8. Check the spindle press foot often. Press foot contact surface should be horizontal and vertical with the main shaft can not shake, to prevent drilling and offset hole.

Its dust suction efficiency is good. Its suction air can lower the bit temperature and take away dust to reduce friction and generate high temperature.
